Never underestimate the importance of design when selling your property. Corey has proven time and again that staging and presenting an apartment at its very best will be the difference in selling, and selling for top dollar in record time. As part of Corey's full service real estate offering, his clients are privy to his design expertise. Corey personally handles staging and design projects, often times eliminating the need for a third party vendors. CARE & PREPARATION:  Corey's background in design, and vast experience with staging, is a value added benefit for his sellers.   He will assess the marketability of every home he represents, and suggest changes - either minor or major - which will have a massive impact on the sales process.  Furthermore, Corey often takes on staging projects himself, and has teams of contractors, all at the ready. 

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY:  With Corey's experienced direction, and his access to the industry’s top photographers the results will be perfectly captured, edited and curated photos, to showcase a property at its finest.  Photo shoot day is a critical part of the process.   We strongly believe that quality imagery is at the core of a successful sale, and has the greatest initial impact on buyers. 

FLOOR PLANS: An accurate and clearly designed floor plan will accompany all print and online advertising.

VIRTUAL TOURS/VIDEOS: When applicable, we create stunning tours and videos to heighten your property's exposure. This is especially valuable when dealing with out of state or international buyers, and in current times, due to COVID-19.

EMAIL BROCHURES:  E-brochures are sent at the time of listing to targeted contact lists, as well as the entire brokerage community. They are used throughout the listing term to raise awareness of your home. 

SHOW CARDS: Beautifully designed fact sheets/cards get handed to each buyer and agent that visits your home.

MAILINGS: Stunning custom-made print brochures are sent to appropriate targeted lists, select members of the brokerage community, neighbors and neighboring buildings. 

PERSONAL CONTACTS: Personal contacts are notified though constant phone prospecting, email-announcements, and through our monthly newsletter. 

PHONE PROSPECTING: Cold-calls made within the target area, notifying potential buyers and neighbors that your property is available for sale. 

PRIVATE SHOWINGS: We will arrive early to all scheduled showings to assure the home is in top viewing condition. We'll straighten up where needed to make sure the stage is set for the best buyer experience possible.

OPEN HOUSES: When applicable, open houses are strategically used to make your property more accessible to buyers. If permitted by your building, we will discuss whether or not open houses are the right marketing strategy for you.
